Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24h to process your order. Expect an email within 48h to let you
know your order is on the way!

LOCAL DELIVERY:
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. 
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking
information.

SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 48h time frame using local courier partners and should be delivered within 3-5 working days. We cannot be held responsible after your package has been handed over to our courier partner and a waybill number has been provided to you. We will try our best to deliver at all times as soon as possible. 
Optional: We do not ship outside of RSA at this
time.
